This Cookie Policy explains how NishArc Studios, operated by Nishant Sharma in Haryana, India, uses cookies and similar technologies on nisharc.in and related NishArc Studios website deployments.

Current public-website practice

The public Website uses local storage and session storage for first-party analytics. These are similar technologies to cookies. We measure visits, visible-page activity and Google Play link clicks. We do not use these identifiers to build cross-site advertising profiles.

• nisharc.website.visitor (local storage): a random visitor identifier, kept until browser storage is cleared.
• nisharc.website.session (session storage): a random session identifier, referral hostname and last-activity time. The analytics session renews after 30 minutes of inactivity; browser session storage normally ends when the tab session ends.

Our server receives these identifiers, page path, referral hostname, broad device category and event times. Server-side records currently have no automatic expiry. See the Website Privacy Policy for retention and deletion requests.

Our hosting provider may process ordinary request and security logs needed to deliver and protect the Website. Those server-side logs are not used by NishArc Studios for behavioural advertising.

Essential administrator cookie

The private administrator area uses one strictly necessary cookie after an authorised administrator signs in:

This cookie is HTTP-only, uses SameSite=Lax, and is marked Secure in production. It cannot be used through the public Website to create an advertising profile. Because it is necessary for the requested administrator service and security, it cannot be disabled within the administrator area; signing out removes it.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text values a website stores through your browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, or software identifiers. Technologies that are strictly necessary support requested functionality or security; optional technologies may be used for analytics, preferences, or advertising.

Your browser controls

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their privacy settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent administrator sign-in or other secured functionality from working. You can stop the first-party analytics tracker by enabling the browser Do Not Track setting (value 1), which the tracker respects. You can also block site storage or scripts through browser controls. Clearing storage removes local identifiers but does not delete analytics already stored on our server. The current website does not display an analytics consent banner.

Future changes

If our analytics, advertising or personalisation practices change, we will update this policy and implement any consent controls required for the changed processing.

Third-party websites

Links to app stores, videos, or social platforms take you to services with their own cookies and policies. NishArc Studios does not control cookies set after you leave our Website.
