NishArc Studios · Legal
Effective 3 November 2026
Effective date: 3 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NishArc Studios, operated by Nishant Sharma in Haryana, India ("NishArc Studios", "we", "us", or "our"), handles personal information when you visit nisharc.in or contact us through the website.
This policy covers the studio website. Each published game may have its own privacy policy describing that game's specific data practices.
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected game, enquiry category, and message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in the email.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and diagnostic or security logs. We use first-party website analytics to measure page visits, visible-page activity and clicks to Google Play. A randomly generated visitor identifier is stored in local storage, and a session identifier with the referral hostname and last-activity time is stored in session storage. We send these identifiers, page paths, broad device category, referral hostname and event times to our own website API. Sessions renew after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not use these records for cross-site advertising profiles. The tracker respects the browser Do Not Track setting (value 1).
The production website also loads Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage. This is separate from our first-party tracker and can use cookies and process page visits, browser and device information, and technical connection information through Google's services. The Do Not Track behavior described above applies to our first-party tracker; the Google Analytics loader does not currently check that setting. You can block analytics scripts or manage cookies through your browser. See Google's Privacy Policy for Google's processing practices.
We use information to:
Where applicable, we process personal data with your consent, to respond to a request you initiate, for legitimate operational and security purposes, or as required by law. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, although this does not affect processing already completed and may limit our ability to handle an open request.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the website, including website hosting, database, media delivery, email, and security providers. Current infrastructure may include Vercel for hosting, MongoDB for database storage, and Cloudinary for media delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and only as needed to provide their services.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful requests. If the studio is reorganised or transferred, relevant information may form part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Some service providers may process or store information outside India. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards and follow applicable restrictions governing cross-border processing.
Visitor, session, page-view, store-click and daily activity records are stored in our database for studio reporting. There is currently no automatic expiry for these records. You can request deletion using the contact below; for analytics requests we may need the random visitor identifier stored under nisharc.website.visitor in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes the local identifier but does not erase records already sent to our server.
We keep contact messages only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. We may delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required. Infrastructure providers may retain security logs and backups for their standard limited periods.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including validation, access controls, secure administrator cookies, and reputable infrastructure providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide information about our processing, correct or update inaccurate personal data, erase personal data that is no longer required, withdraw consent, or address a grievance. To make a request, email nishants.robocircuits@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
The website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or lawful guardian to contact us on your behalf. If we learn that a child submitted personal information without appropriate authorisation, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
The website may link to app stores, social platforms, videos, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective or last-updated date. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate.
